Sà di Puglia is an idea, a mission, a vocation. It is the desire to make known and spread the excellence of the Apulian territory, in particular the products of the Bosco Incoronata Natural Park, the Apulian Parks and all those typical regional products worthy of particular attention.
Those products, both for the authenticity of the processing and for the deep connection with the territory, can be defined as indigenous and precious, food and wine treasures to be savoured, capable of promoting territorial development.
Cuisine and local products are, in fact, distinctive features of a place and a fundamental part of the culture of those who live there, so much so that culinary excellence and native specialties become a potentially very profitable tool for shining the spotlight on one of the areas most interesting on the Italian peninsula.

A knowledge that is also handed down and taught through the organization of cooking courses, functional to explaining the natural processing techniques of these typical products, integrating the ancient ways of combining ingredients in compliance with current legislation and HACCP.
Excellent Agricultural Products
We are talking about excellent agricultural products, collected in the area and processed in a traditional way, but with the help of modern techniques and tools, in order to preserve the authenticity that makes them particular and exclusive. Products that are then used in the kitchen to create true works of culinary art, where each flavor blends with texture, aromas, colors to enchant the eyes and the palate. The gastronomic excellences promoted by Sà di Puglia include pasta,
legumes, oil, wine, bread, desserts, sauces, cheeses. Feudo della Selva is also among the producers of native products, including truffle oil and sauce, delicacies made with highly prized truffles, often used by our chefs to enrich their own gastronomic creations. Sà di Puglia is a journey within our region, a good journey, full of nuances and sensations, a journey to be undertaken with the desire to learn and be transported.
